The recorded event session is available now here.
On Sunday 7 November 2021 we were part of this event that the Yes to Life, No to Mining Network and allies brought together voices from frontline communities and supporting organisations at the People’s Climate Summit (COP26) to:
- Expose the the global injustices of ‘green extractivism’
- Discuss post-extractivist/post-growth perspectives.
- Outline ‘red lines’ the mining industry must not be allowed to cross.
The event brought together voices from frontline communities and supporting organisations to discuss ongoing injustices related to mining and its new presentation as ‘green extractivism, and to discuss post-extractivist/post-growth perspectives which closely link the Global South and the Global North in solidarity and action.
